The room was new-fashioned and impressive with a window that opened onto mountain. The breakfast was savoury and there was a huge variety of excellent food. The hotel was set in a central area just next door to restaurants, the city centre, restaurants, shops and the train station, and train station. The workers were amicable and pleasant.

The rooms were spacious and bright, had hypo-allergenic pillows.

This place has a beautiful and excellent location near a train station, only a 10-minute walk to downtown, and the staff here are friendly and pleasant.

The hotel is located near the train station, making it very convenient for us as a family with two small kids. the room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of cupboard space. the bathroom had a good shower and enough room for our toiletries. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and great hints for exploring the area. the breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious food.

Some of the pillows were of poor quality, which was a bit disappointing.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. The antique furniture and beautiful floral wallpapers reminded me of my childhood home. The general areas, such as the lounge and dining room, were tastefully decorated and provided a comfortable space to relax and chat with other guests. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent. The corridors were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a handrail in the bathroom. It would have been helpful for getting in and out of the shower safely.

We had a wonderful stay at Willa Na Cichej Bed & Breakfast. the building and the rooms were renovated, bright, and clean. the shared kitchen was a great convenience for heating up our own meals. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the convenient location near the train station made it easy for us to explore the city center, restaurants, and shops. the breakfasts were tasty, and we especially loved the afternoon coffee and cake. Finding a free parking place was never a problem, even during the busy winter holiday season. It was definitely a great value for money. Cons: Nothing bad to say. 🙌.

The hotel had a great database area for the kids and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The cleanliness was impressive, and the breakfasts were delicious. The location was perfect and the rooms were spacious. We would definitely come back if we visit again!

The Karkonosze National Park is just breathtaking! So glad I took the hiking trails. The Dinosaur Park was surprisingly fun too. And getting a password to the handle? Just like being a secret agent!
